Whether it’s hyper-analysing the battle against a morning alarm; weighing up living alone, with friends, or with a lover; or first time tales like ‘my first colonoscopy’ or ‘my first pube’, it’s covered in this book. If you’re looking for inspiration, try reading Harry Potter instead. I mean it. For this is absolutely not the book you want; though it may just be the book you need.

So here is the ultimate anti-vanity project (it’s not all doom and gloom, I promise, but I’ll let you find that out for yourself).
