Katy Holder is a food writer and stylist. She is a former food director of Family Circle magazine and currently writes the food pages for Marie Claire Australia. She is the author of Hungry Campers Cookbook and A Moveable Feast (both Hardie Grant). Now Katy is excited to share her favourite family recipes. She is a mum of two boys aged 9 and 11, and regularly hides vegetables like kale in their food, only telling them once the dish has become a firm favourite (which it always does)!
