À propos de l'auteur
Luciana Sampogna has run the Cucina Italiana cooking school for the past twelve years, the last seven in Sydney. She was trained under the renowned Italian cookbook authors Margherita and Valeria Simili who run the most famous bakery and cooking school in Bologna.
