Professor Judith Dwyer works in the Department of Health Care Management at Flinders University and teaches in the Master of Health Administration in Australia and in China. Professor Dwyer serves on the board of the Australasian College of Health Service Management. Dr. Zhanming Liang is a senior lecturer and course coordinator in the School of Public Health and Human Biosciences at La Trobe University. Valerie Thiessen is Director of IT Projects and Business Applications at Northern Health, Victoria. Dr. Angelita Martini is a senior research fellow in the School of Medicine at Flinders University.
