Following one of her children experiencing anaphylaxis allergy response to a common food, Aneleise set out to find resources to help her other child to understand the changes that needed to be made in order to keep her sister safe. This resulted in Aneleise writing and self-publishing her own story, opening up conversation about the impacts of allergies on children and their families. Aneleise hopes her story will help other families navigate this challenging experience.
