Roan, a jaded centaur, knows the rules better than most. As one of the Mythica, he has salvaged a life on the edges of New York city with Zack, a geeky vampire desperate for romance, and Troll, a chain-smoking pessimist.
Following a botched museum robbery, Roan and his friends meet Iloa, an impossible girl who can wield infinite magic.
To Rashali, an ancient genie, Iloa is the key to freeing Mythica from human control… even if it means tearing the world apart to do it.
