Synopsis

In the quiet countryside of Victoria, Australia, ordinary insurance agent Stan Simolka pulls over at a remote highway lay-by for a moment's break. Suddenly, another car screeches in behind him. Four armed men leap out and unleash a hail of bullets. Stan bolts into the bush, heart pounding, somehow slipping through their deadly net. But why him? Days later, another ambush strikes. With no answers from police, Stan vanishes into the shadows, going undercover to hunt the truth. What he uncovers drags him back to a civil war he fought in years ago-a buried secret that's now exploding into the present. As killers close in, a high-stakes chase erupts. Drawing on his half-forgotten combat skills, Stan fights back, turning hunter into hunted in a game of survival. With enemies multiplying, can he outrun the past before it claims him for good?
