Writer and Hollywood historian Larry Cortez Hamm was born and raised in Vernon, Texas. Hamm ghostwrote and sold dozens of books, screenplays, treatments, and newspaper and magazine articles. Buyers of Hamm's written work included Walt Disney and Paramount Studios.
