London-based Mark Horton is an internationally known bridge player and writer, and is editor of UK Bridge magazine. His most recent book was Misplay these Hands with Me (Master Point Press, 2007; ISBN 978 1897106 28 0). Canadian Eric Kokish is a World Championship silver medalist as a player. He is the world's top professional bridge coach, having worked with the national teams of a number of countries. He is perhaps best-known as coach to Nick Nickell's multiple world titles from the USA.
