À propos de l'auteur

Angelo Letizia is an associate professor of education and department chair of initial licensure programs at Notre Dame of Maryland University in Baltimore, Maryland. Letizia is a prolific writer. He has authored 14 books including nonfiction, fiction, and poetry. In addition, he has also written dozens of research articles, essays, and book chapters. Some of his most recent work includes the academic monograph: Poetic Inquiry and arts-based research for the maintenance of the Republic and what comes after: A Vision for Meta-modernity published by Routledge. 'The Starry Devil and Other Unwanted Poems' was his debut book of poetry followed by 'Pilgrims of Infinity'; 'We Are the Winding Down'; and 'There Is Still Beauty Here'. Angelo's poetry has also been published in a number of literary outlets. Temporary Gods and Arbitrary Arrangements was Angelo's debut full length novel in 2025.The College of William and Mary School of Education recognized Letizia as an Alumni Leader in 2024. Letizia has also been featured in Poets and Writers and the Chronicle of Higher Education. His lives in the United States, in Maryland, with his wife and three children. Angelo's academic credentials include a PhD. in Educational Policy Planning and Leadership from the College of William and Mary; an MA. in European History from Old Dominion University; and a BA. in Secondary Social Studies from the State University of New York at Cortland.
