Peter Reek is an author, coach, educator, business owner, and trailblazer. Over three decades in business leadership, recruitment, and coaching, he worked with iconic brands like lululemon, Expedia, Mercedes, and Nintendo. After years of building businesses and leading teams across the globe, Reek felt called to explore life's bigger questions-the kind that make you wonder about what truly lasts. This led him to earn a master's degree in applied positive psychology and coaching, where he deepened his study of what it means to live fully and meaningfully as we age.From this passion, he founded InHabit.Life(TM) and InHabit Magazine-platforms devoted to midlife transformation through writing, counseling, coaching, and community. Shift is Reek's first book. He lives with his family in Vancouver, Canada.
