Synopsis

Kamalli an eleven-year-old girl, the only daughter of a hunter gets to have an elephant as her pet; she calls him ATHIM. Facing jealousy and revenge, Kamalli is deprived of her pet, the love of her life. When she meets him amidst the horrors of captivity, the girl determines to free the elephant. Against the royal power and fortress, the only way to free the elephant was to make him aware of his own strength and display it. Awareness of self brings freedom to ATHIM and his clan.

Worked for nearly 36 years in New York educating children with challenges in the department of education. Born in India, educated in Madurai American college, got M.A. degree in economics from Madurai Kamaraj University, Madurai, India; B.Ed degree obtained from Annamalai University, Chidambaram, India, licenses from NYS Education Department to teach Social Studies, Special Education, Supervisory license in Social Education, Education Administration certifications, and NYC licenses in the above areas.
