Synopsis

"When we educate ourselves, we build bridges to worlds we never knew existed" - Don Brandt

At age 27, when my life was blossoming, I was blindsided by an abrupt divorce that shattered my world. In the aftermath, I stumbled upon the transformative powers of self-hypnosis, and later the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT). These methods mended the fragments of my existence, but also laid the foundation for a life rebuilt on self-discovery, healing, and profound personal growth. This book is about my life's journey for over 75 years. It is meant to be a beacon for anyone seeking to navigate the tumultuous seas of change, but also provide a way to achieve your goals in life.

I was so impressed with what I accomplished with self-hypnosis; I became a hypnotherapist where I likened the mind to a sophisticated computer. After discovering EFT tapping, I described EFT as being like tapping on the keyboard of a phone to send a message. The keyboard is a group of 9 acupuncture points stretching from the crown of the head to the tips of the fingers. Tapping of these points can reprogram behaviors, beliefs and release stress, fears, phobias. Self-hypnosis can accomplish the same, and much more.

Dive into the secrets of self-transformation by exploring hypnosis and EFT tapping by reading my life's journey. It is meant to inspire and equip you with the tools to reshape your destiny. This isn't just my story - it's the key to rewriting yours!
