À propos des auteurs

Shirley Lacy is Managing Director of ConnectSphere and specialises in the application of service management best practices to deliver value from IT investments. She is the UK Principal Expert on the ISO working group for process assessment standards for software, systems and service management. In the past, Shirley has worked for a variety of public and private sector bodies including the BBC, Vodaphone, Glaxo, and Cap Gemini.

David Norfolk is currently a journalist and an industry analyst with Bloor Research. He writes for the major PC and computing magazines and has produced many industry white papers and research reports. In the past he has worked in the public sector and in banking in the UK and Australia where his fields of expertise included database administration, development methods and standards, and network management. David has an honours degree in chemistry and is a Chartered IT Professional.
