Nitya Lacroix is a highly regarded massage therapist and a leading author in the field. Qualified in Western and Eastern techniques, she combines both approaches in all the programmes that feature in this book. Sharon Seager's wide-ranging experience includes not only aromatherapy, but also cranial sacral therapy and Tibetan body work. Having trained in aromatherapy at the prestigious Robert Tisserand Institute, she has taught alongside Nitya Lacroix at the School of Holistic Massage. Francesca Rinaldi has a professional background in hospital work and mental health rehabilitation and moved on to qualify in therapeutic massage. She is a member of the UK Massage Training Institute. Renee Tanner current Chair of the International Federation of Reflexologists, has practised and taught reflexology for over 30 years.
