Blair Bowman is the founder of World Whisky Day, first launched in 2012, which is now celebrated every year and on every continent including Antarctica. He has been a whisky enthusiast since helping found Aberdeen University's Malt Whisky Society and is a contributing editor to the Cask & Still, Scotland's newest whisky magazine.

Nikki Welch is the creator of the WineTubeMap and flavour tube map concept, her bestselling Pocket Guide to Wine is accompanied by an app and website and she runs events and workshops inspiring people to try see wine and food differently. She has worked in and around the wine trade for 15 years.
