He is the founding editor of the Journal of Intervention and Statebuilding. His recent books include International Statebuilding: The Rise of Post-Liberal Governance (Routledge, 2010) and Hollow Hegemony: Rethinking Global Politics, Power and Resistance (Pluto, 2009).
