Synopsis

A reluctant Billy Trenton is to go on a skiing vacation with his parents, to a man made ski resort in Europe. The resort is a marvel of engineering; one quarter of a mountain was removed during its construction to make room for the ski runs and high tech machinery to be installed. The resort was constructed in order to prevent avalanches and to provide safe, but challenging skiing. From the first moment Billy is told about the vacation and shown a documentary about the resort, problems start for him. Although unaware of it, Billy has come under the influence of a powerful mystical force, which takes control of his destiny and give's him strange mental abilities. He is beset with bizarre dreams, and a string of amazing' 'coincidences' takes place. At the resort he has what appears to be an accident which brings him into contact with a race of beings he has actually seen in his dreams. What is happening to him and why - where is it all leading?
