À propos de l'auteur

Ben McCann is Associate Professor of French Studies and Film Studies at Adelaide University, Australia. He is the co-author of The Cinematic Influence: Interaction and Exchange Between the Cinemas of France and Japan (Bloomsbury, 2022) with Peter Pugsley; and the author of The Spanish Apartment: European Youth on Film (2018), Julien Duvivier (2017), Ripping Open the Set: French Film Design, 1930-1939 (2013), and Le Jour se lève (I.B. Tauris, 2013). Additionally, he is the co-editor of Framing French Culture (2015) and Michael Haneke: Europe Utopia (2011).
