John White has spent a lifetime creating one of the most comprehensive and diverse sports infomation databases around, and he has put his passion for sport to good use in his innovative Miscellany series for Carlton Books. The author of the eponymous White's Sports Almanac 2008, he has been responsible for more than a dozen various titles in the Miscellany series, including football, cricket, horse racing, boxing, cycling, golf and Formula One.
