Synopsis

Super-powered action! Earth, the near future. Humanity has been all but destroyed by a race of super-powered beings, who initially offered to help mankind, but really intended to rule them. Those that fought back against the tyranny of the 'Gods' were nicknamed the Ten-Seconders - their name based on the average life expectancy of those brave enough to battle the overwhelmingly-powerful opposition. This is their story of resistance.

À propos des auteurs

Rob Williams is the writer of Suicide Squad and Martian Manhunter for DC Comics, Unfollow for Vertigo and Doctor Who: The Eleventh Doctor for Titan Comics. His previous work for 2000 AD includes Judge Dredd: Titan, The Grievous Journey Of Ichabod Azrael (And The Dead Left In His Wake) and The Ten-Seconders, and he is currently writing Roy of the Rovers for Rebellion.

Mark Harrison is perhaps best known to 2000 AD fans for his striking, computer-aided Durham Red artwork, but he has also illustrated Judge Dredd, Glimmer Rats, Pulp Sci-Fi, Strontium Dogs and Grey Area. He also contributed a story to the Megazine’s Durham Red-based The Scarlet Apocrypha series, and — rare for a 2000 AD artist — has even written two Pulp Sci-Fi stories! Outside of 2000 AD he has provided covers for Dark Horse’s Star Wars series and Topps’ Star Wars trading cards.

Dom Reardon is the co-creator of Caballistics Inc. and The Grievous Journey of Ichabod Azrael. He has also pencilled several Terror Tales, The Ten-Seconders and a Tales of the Black Museum for the Judge Dredd Megazine.

Shaun Thomas has illustrated Judge Dredd, Terror Tales and The Ten-Seconders for 2000 AD, but is better known for his Judge Dredd Megazine work, which includes Middenface McNulty and Apocalypse Soon – the strip he co-created with Alan Grant.

Ben Oliver has made a name for himself illustrating several Judge Dredd strips, including the much-loved Cockroaches story with Al Ewing.
