Wendy Ann Greenhalgh has been a practising artist and writer for 20 years, working professionally as an artist, illustrator, photographer and filmmaker, and winning awards for her short stories and poetry. She has been practising mindfulness since her teens, and in 2010 she set up Art of Mindfulness, a workshop for teaching it through creativity, with popular courses in Brighton and London.
