Présentation de l'éditeur

Mandalas are representations of the cosmos, and have appeared in cultures around the world. They are also extraordinarily beautiful. The 64 designs presented are intricate, intriguing and quite capable of taking the viewer into another dimension. The designs presented can be appreciated purely as objects of beauty, and coloured accordingly, or they can be used for their underlying purpose as aids in meditation.,Guidance is given to enable users to complete the colouring to a high standard.,The author's in-depth study of mandalas has enabled her to evolve this ancient spiritual practice into a modern artistic phenomenon and therapeutic tool.

Biographie de l'auteur
