À propos des auteurs
Dr Manfred Klett is the former director of the Department of Agriculture at the Goetheanum in Switzerland and has over sixty years' experience of biodynamic agriculture. He lives in Hesse, Germany.
Bernard Jarman is a biodynamic consultant based in Stroud, UK. He is a director of the UK Biodynamic Association.
