Silas J. Lees MRICS has always had a keen interest in property, which evolved from helping his parents renovate many properties as he was growing up. He pursued this interest throughout his career starting his working life as an estate agent whilst studying part-time to be a Building Surveyor at Wolverhampton University. In 2007, he started his career in property investment and bought his first investment property in December of that year, shortly before the biggest recession in global history! Since then, he has continued to build and develop his portfolio throughout a downwards market whilst also helping other people secure their financial future by doing the same through personal mentoring and public speaking. He lives in the historic Ironbridge in Shropshire and spends his time pursuing his passions, which include travelling, reading, writing and helping others follow their dreams. His ambition currently is to be an international property investor!
