À propos de l'auteur
Vakur Sumer is Assistant Professor, Department of International Relations, Selcuk University, Konya, Turkey. He has been a Visiting Fellow at the University of California, Davis and at the Max Planck Institute, Heidelburg, Germany. He is the author of Environment and Politics in Turkey (I.B.Tauris, forthcoming).
