Rebecca is a busy working mum with a young son, she is married and has lived on the Fylde coast for over 40 years. She knows the difficulty of preparing a tasty meal on a budget. She inherited not only her great grandma's recipes, but also her grandma's - which include pre-World War 2 recipe books. She loves cooking and likes to adapt old and new recipes to keep the methods as simple and economical as possible.
