Juliet Sear is one of the UK's leading cake designers, with over 13 years of baking experience. Combining her honed technical skills with her creative and contemporary design flare, she creates innovative, interesting and on trend cakes, cookies, cake pops and cupcakes. She owns a successful contemporary cake boutique, Fancy Nancy, whose cakes are now stocked at Harvey Nichols and Fortnum & Mason. Over the years Juliet has made cakes for thousands of people, including celebrities like Dizzee Rascal, Fearne Cotton, McFly, Bryan Adams, Sir Ian McKellen and many others. Her designs regularly appear in the national glossy magazines including Eve, Red, Perfect Wedding, OK!, Cosmo Brides, Time Out and more. Her cake designs have also appeared on TV programmes for Channel 4, BBC, ITV and Sky.
