True Professional tells the story of Clive Sullivan, who emerged from one of Cardiff's toughest neighbourhoods to become an icon of rugby league. James Oddy is the author of In It Together, a behind-the-scenes look at the history of rugby league in the Midlands. Since graduating from the University of Bradford in 2011, he has written for Rugby League World, League Express, Forty-20, The Yorkshire Evening Post, Boxing Monthly, MMA Weekly and The New Statesman.
