Lasith Ranasinghe grew up in Norwich before starting Medicine at Imperial College London in 2014. He has developed an interest in medical education having delivered several lectures to younger students, co-chairing the Medical Education (MedED) society and undertaking the role of Academic Officer on the Students' Union. He has maintained a high academic standard, consistently being placed in the top 10 in his cohort and achieving 15 prizes for academic excellence. In his spare time, he runs two charities, 'Smile', which raises money to improve the standard of education for underprivileged children in Sri Lanka, and 'Make a Medic', which collects used medical educational resources in the UK and ships them to medical schools in developing countries. He also enjoys playing football and cricket for ICSM FC and IMCC, respectively.

Oliver Clements, originally from High Wycombe, was the only student from his secondary school to gain admission to medical school. During his time at Imperial College London, he has got involved with various educational initiatives, such as organising OSCE and PACES tutorials. His teaching background extends beyond medical school having tutored science and maths at GCSE and A-level. He has maintained a high standard at medical school, having achieved several merits and distinctions in obstetrics and gynaecology and psychiatry. He has a first class honours in Gastroenterology and Hepatology and has published his exceptional research in cholangiocarcinoma in the Journal of Hepatology and presented his work at two international conferences. He was awarded Naranjan Singh Virdee prize for his research. In his spare time, he enjoys fitness and playing football.
