A holistic health coach and motivational speaker shares his ten-step program for living longer, living stronger, and living happier
Who wouldn't like to feel better and look better? Feel younger and look younger? Live and connect with others more fully and with more energy? Join Skip Archimedes, holistic health coach and inspirational speaker, as he leads you through the ten key steps to living long, living strong and living happy.
How often do you feel sick and tired of feeling sick and tired? This book will allow you to set yourself free in a body and mind that you can feel proud of again, and in which you can go on all kinds of amazing adventures. Learn to get out of your head and back into your body, relax and play more, feel lighter and more open, and really get the most out of life—not just physically, but also mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
After an introduction on what “living forever young” really means and Skip’s inspirational backstory, the ten main chapters then begin: Breathe, Move, Nourish, Rest, Love, Shine, Believe, Learn, Commit and Live. In addition to a wide range of valuable information backed up by insights from leading experts, each chapter includes a host of practical well-being suggestions based on both Western and Eastern practices. Each chapter then ends with a request for the reader to list the main ways in which they will “live” this “secret” from here on in.

Skip Archimedes is an empowering and transformational holistic health coach, motivational mentor and international speaker. Having overcome serious illness, a family break-up, obesity and depression to become English Sports Acrobatics Champion at the age of 18, he broke his back during a training session. Specialists said he would never walk again, but, unwilling to accept this, Skip went on a mission to find a cure. With intensive research, he had returned to full fitness and regained his championship within 18 months. However, he now had a wealth of knowledge about health and vitality from the best in the business in both the East and the West – and, most importantly, the power of the right mindset.
Now 44, he dedicates his life to helping people worldwide step into this same positive space, overcoming adversities, whether physical, emotional or spiritual, and living "forever young". Media coverage about Skip includes pieces in The Independent, Metro, Evening Standard, The Sun, The Mail on Sunday and OmYoga. For more information, go to: www.skiparchimedes.com
