Clyde Baker has many years' experiences both in the practice and teaching of church administration and ethics. These he gained from his long years of engagement as a pastor and Bishop, also from serving at leadership and Board levels in the ministry. His positions as the Secretary/Treasurer of Pentecostal Assemblies of Trinidad and Tobago and the Auditor of that Fellowship also afforded him years of exposure in church administration and ethics.
