The charity was the winner of the Social Mobility Award 2023 at the prestigious Inclusive Awards and Elham had the honour of being selected as a Coronation Champion in 2023.

Elham Fardad’s professional career spans 25 years in senior leadership roles in blue chip multinationals including GE, News Corp and EY, where she has advised clients on their most challenging operational problems. Elham advises leadership teams on strategy, operations and talent. She is the Founder and CEO of the charity Migrant Leaders, a Fellow member of the ACCA and a member of multiple Advisory Boards. Elham has been selected as Finalist in awards for her work on Migrant Leaders, including Charity Times Charity of the Year, Charity Leader of the Year and the IoD Director of the Year. She was selected as a Coronation Champion in 2023 in recognition for her work in inspiring and developing disadvantaged young migrants across the UK to broaden their horizons and capture opportunities beyond their aspirations, and supporting businesses in their mission to become more diverse.
