With 30 years of experience as a Scotland Yard Detective, including secondment to British Intelligence, Philip Grindell has honed his skills in threat intelligence, risk management, and protective security. He has served as a Counter-Terrorism Security Coordinator for high-profile events, including Royal and Government events, ensuring detailed contingency plans for safety from terrorist attacks.

His expertise in identifying physical, reputational, and psychological threats was put to the test during my time when he was made responsible for the protection of MPs following the fatal attack on Jo Cox.

A Chartered Security professional with a MSc in Security Management, he has become one of the UK's most trusted leaders and advisors in lone actor, fixated, and workplace threats.
