Kim Ramsay is a criminologist trained in the University of Leicester, United Kingdom. She is a senior research officer with the Government of Barbados and has conducted research on issues related to crime and the criminal justice system. Her main research interests are penal policy, criminal justice reform and research on violence and violence prevention. Kim has also been a part time lecturer in criminology at the University of the West Indies for approximately 14 years.
