Synopsis

There is only a source of well-being which we are allowing or not. There is a radiantly divine spark that resides in every cell of our being and A Return To Innocence is to consciously allow this source to flood our beloved earth and dream a new dream for existence. This book, sets out to encourage our deserving, the truly liberated and deep-felt loving connection within ourselves and for one another, to catalyse the generative power to allow the warmth and serenity, the smile, the trust and confidence, the true security of each breath and being alive, the infinite potential of well-being that is so readily available. We live in extraordinary times right now. The ages have shifted. There is a new consciousness available to all Mother Earth’s children. Our responsibility now is to welcome ourselves, to remember who we are, to reveal the winning hands we have all been deftly distracted from realising and the love and the medicine we hold for one another. To each of us intent on uniting in the light and love of our true selves, to those magicians choosing to align with the new energies empowering our planet and reclaim and remember their most noble and royal selves, thank you. Here is to us and our journey. To our daring to trust the unknown in our universes and this magic supporting our enjoyment as we live innocently. Sebastian Lenain is the author of the spiritual, ‘wisdom to thrive’ series, Bless It. He graduated from Bath University with a degree in Management and Modern Languages. Writing has proved to be a process of discovery and way to unravel some of the challenge of being a spiritual being in human form. Sebastian focused the series towards adults who have experienced some form of spiritual awakening in their everyday lives but has drawn in enthusiasts from a wider audience, curious to investigate their reality. He’s passionate about sharing his love of writing to explore well-being and the nature of what teachers throughout time have implored, that ‘we are spiritual beings having a human experience’.The Ashdown Forest, with it’s beautiful woods where Pooh Bear so fervently ate his honey, is where Sebastian makes his home with his beloved Tara. When he’s not writing he can be found working with well-being based business endeavours, spending time with his family, dancing, gardening and travelling. He is an entrepreneur, inspirator and evolutionary catalyst.
