Colin Ward holds an M.S. in professional counseling from Winona State University and a Ph.D. in counseling from Oregon State University. He is a professor and doctoral chair of the Counselor Education and Supervision program at Antioch University Seattle. He has a private practice, specializing in resilient centered counseling and supervision.

Katherine Nordell Fort holds a Ph.D. in counseling from Oregon State University. She is a professor at Antioch University Seattle, where she teaches in the Doctoral Counselor Education and Supervision Program. She works in private practice, specializing in counseling supervision.

Bill Heusler holds an M.A. in professional counseling from Lindenwood University and a Psy.D. in clinical psychology from the Washington School of Professional Psychology. He is a professor at Antioch University Seattle, where he teaches in the Psy.D. Program. He has a private practice, specializing in trauma-informed psychotherapy.
