Melinda R. Weathers is associate professor in the Department of Communication Studies at Sam Houston State University.

Janelle Applequist is assistant professor at the University of South Florida in the Zimmerman School of Advertising & Mass Communications.

Travis R. Bell is assistant professor of digital and sports media in the Zimmerman School of Advertising & Mass Communications at the University of South Florida.
