Synopsis

I decided to include the June 2015 report by Keir Giles of the U.S. Army War College at the end of this book to compare and contrast the thinking prevalent in 2015 with the information found in the DIA publication of 2017. Certainly, the landscape will continue to evolve as we enter 2019, so it remains to be seen how this will all play out on the world stage – especially in the post-Putin era. That’s not to say that Mr. Putin is going anywhere anytime soon, but scholars that take the long view will no doubt begin speculating what we can expect when that time comes.

First you gotta find a good clean (legible) copy. If you find a good copy, you could print it using a network printer you share with 100 other people (typically its either out of paper or toner). If it’s just a 10-page document, no problem, but if it’s 393-pages, you will need to punch 3 holes in all those pages and put it in a 3-ring binder. Takes at least a couple hours. Unfortunately, this is the only copy of this book we were able to locate and the image quality of some of the pages is very poor, so they are difficult to read. If you have a good copy, please send us the missing pages and we will update the file.
It’s much more cost-effective to just order the latest version from Amazon.com
