Having joined the financial services industry at the young age of 21, the author, Kevin Goh, rose through the ranks quickly to attain his Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) qualification and was promoted to a manager at the age of 24 – all while juggling a full-time undergraduate degree course from NUS Business School. Thereafter, he was promoted to an associate director and then director by the age of 27, becoming one of the youngest directors in the company's history.

Today, Kevin has ten counts of Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) with one Court of the Table (COT) and five Top of the Table (TOT) under his belt. He is leading a young and highly productive team and was recognised as the top district in the company for 2023 and 2024. The team has a culture that is centered on clearly aligned values and vision. His passion and purpose now lie in grooming the next generation of advisors and leaders in the industry, to impact many more lives for the better.
