Ayansola Ayandibu holds a B.Sc Hons in Accounting, Masters of Business Administration and also a Ph.D in Leadership Studies (Strategy, Innovation and Entrepreneurship). He just completed his Post Graduate Diploma in Higher Education from University of KwaZulu Natal, Edgewood Campus, Durban, South Africa. He has worked in the corporate environment for 8 years in Nigeria before relocating to South Africa. Dr. Ayandibu worked for Lieutenant Consulting, Midrand, Johannesburg in 2012 as an Accountant / Economist. He lectured at University of KwaZulu Natal from February, 2013 to January, 2021 in the Discipline of Management and Entrepreneurship. Ayansola has lectured Accounting, Business Management and Entrepreneurship modules at the University of KwaZulu Natal. He has thirty-two (32) accredited publications of which eighteen (18) articles are in accredited journals, and fourteen (14) book chapters and also edited a full book in Entrepreneurship. Dr. Ayandibu has presented at international conferences i.e. University of London, UK, Harvard University (USA), Ryerson University, Toronto Canada, Paris, Mauritius, Nigeria and many other conferences in South Africa. Dr. Ayandibu is currently a Senior Lecturer and the Head of Department of the Business Management at the University of Zululand. He has supervised many Honours students, Master’s and two PhD candidates to completion. He is currently supervising Honours, Masters and Ph.D candidates. Dr. Ayansola Ayandibu is a member of South African Institute of Management (SAIM), South African Institute of Management Scientist (SAMS), South African Institute of Business Accountants (SAIBA) and Institute of Chartered Economist of Nigeria (ICEN).
