Maxwell Constantine Chando Musingafi is Professor of Public Policy and Governance (specializing in water and gender studies.) He is Programme Coordinator for Development and Peace Studies at Zimbabwe Open University (ZOU), Masvingo Regional Campus. He supervises PhD students and teaches post-graduate courses in development, peace and gender studies at Zimbabwe Open University and Great Zimbabwe University. Maxwell is chairperson of the ZOU Masvingo Regional Research and Academic Publications Coordinating Committee. He holds PhD in Public Management and Governance (NWU); Masters in Development and Management (NWU); MBA (ZOU); Bsc. Hons. Politics and Administration (UZ); BBA (IMM); Post-Graduate Diploma in Education (ZOU); Higher Diploma in Human Resources Management (IPMZ); Diploma in Marketing (IMM); and Diploma in Personnel Management (IPMZ). He has published several books and journal articles on gender; governance; peace; knowledge management; and water and sanitation management.

Racheal Mafumbate is a Senior Lecturer at the University of Eswatini in the Department of Educational Foundations and Management. She teaches Psychology of Education to masters’ students and undergraduate students. She also supervises projects to undergraduate students, masters’ students and PhD students. Dr Racheal Mafumbate is currently the Faculty of Education representative member to Senate. She is also the Assistant Tutor to Institute of Distance Education under the Education Unit. She has passion in caring and supporting learners, orphans and disadvantaged community. Dr Mafumbate is a registered counsellor under the Allied Health Practitioners Council Zimbabwe (AHPCZ). Furthermore, she is an External Examiner for UNISA, Zimbabwe Open University, Stellenbosch University, Central University of Free State (CUT) as well as University of Johannesburg. She has a traceable track record of publications of more than thirty-six (35) publications and eight (8) book chapters, and 1 co-authored book.

Thandi Fredah Khumalo is a lecturer in Sociology at the University of Eswatini. She specialises in gender, culture, and development sociology. She teaches undergraduate courses and coordinates and supervises student research projects. She teaches sociology courses at Matsapha Police Academy in Eswatini. Thandi is a gender and environmental activist. She holds a PhD in Sociology (UKZN), Masters in Sociology (Flinders University, South Australia) and a Bachelor of Social Science in Sociology& Public Administration (UNESWA)
