SBC Global Consulting is a global research and consulting firm devoted to helping organisations improve productivity, efficiency, and reduce waste. Sterling holds a Doctorate in Management with a concentration in Global Leadership, a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Colorado Technical University. Sterling is also a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, a Certified Agile Leader, a Certified Scrum Master, and is certified in Data Analytics. He has over a decade of experience consulting in multiple verticals, including healthcare. After completing his doctorate and publishing his dissertation, The Strategies Global Leaders Need to Improve Interoperability of an EHR System, he has devoted his life to global health and health systems integration and interoperability.

She also holds a Masters in I/O and Educational Psychology. Her specialization is in business plan preparation for acquisition of funds and has counseled for the SBDC helping start-up companies write business plans. As a business owner, she is a strong supporter that small business is the backbone of American society and that economic development relies on the Mom and Pop businesses that dot the American landscape. One of her own companies, a graphic design and sign business, fits into this demographic. She has been doing business in the sign industry since 2001. In addition, Dr. A owns an antique mall and a successful wholesale business that delivers products to smaller gift stores and outlets throughout the country.

Barbara Mae Carter is a professor at Colorado Technical University, teaching leadership and organizational development classes. Barbara serves on the dissertation committee for doctoral research at Colorado Technical University and presents at Doctoral Symposia. She is an experienced Instructional Designer with a demonstrated history of consulting and facilitating adult learning. Barbara completed a Doctor of Management with a concentration in Organizational Development and Change from Colorado Technical University. In December 2019, she published her dissertation, The Leadership Practices Female ODC Managers Use to Improve Change Initiatives. Barbara holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor of Arts in Management from George Fox University. She is also a Certified Agile Leader and a Certified Ruth Clark Instructional Designer.
