Sabri Boubaker is a Professor of Finance at EM Normandie Business School (Paris, France). Sabri holds a PhD in Finance from University of Paris Est (2006) and an HDR degree (Habilitation for Supervising Doctoral Research) in 2010 from the same university. Professor Boubaker is the editor-in-chief of the Journal of International Financial Management and Accounting. Sabri Boubaker has recently published over a hundred academic papers in international refereed journals including Journal of Corporate Finance, Journal of Banking and Finance, Journal of International Money and Finance, Financial Management, Journal of Business Ethics, Journal of Economic Dynamics and Control, Auditing: A Journal of Theory & Practice, British Journal of Management, and Journal of Financial Research. Professor Boubaker has also edited many books on corporate finance and financial markets and serves on the editorial boards of several peer-reviewed finance journals. He is the co-founder and co-chair of the annual Paris Financial Management Conference (2013–), The Vietnam Symposium in Banking and Finance (2016– ) and the Annual Meeting of the International Society for the Advancement of Financial Economics (2022–). Thai-Ha Le is the Managing Director of the VinFuture Prize, VinFuture Foundation. She holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) and PhD in Economics from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. Prior to joining the VinFuture Foundation, Dr Le was the Director of Research and a Senior Faculty member at Fulbright School of Public Policy and Management, Fulbright University Vietnam and was a tenured Senior Lecturer at RMIT University Vietnam. Her primary research fields include energy economics, environmental economics, and applied economics. Dr Le has published about 70 scholarly research articles in international, peer-reviewed journals such as Energy Economics, Energy Journal, Energy Policy, Renewable Energy, and others. According to rankings compiled by Stanford University and published in PLoS Biology in 2021 and Elsevier in 2022, Dr Le is in the world's top 1% most influential scientists across all scientific fields. Dr Le has consulted for the World Bank, UNDP, Asian Development Bank (ADB), and the Economic Research Institute for ASEAN and East Asia (ERIA). She was the founding Editor-in-Chief of the Fulbright Review of Economics and Policy and holds associate editor/editorial roles with several other scholarly journals including the Journal of Economic Asymmetries, Journal of Economic Development, and Singapore Economic Review.
