À propos de l'auteur

Dr. Tony Wohlers is an Associate Professor of Political Science and graduated from Northern Illinois University. Throughout his academic career in higher education, he focused on research in the area of biopolitics and also served as the co-chief of the Politics and Life Sciences from 2017-2019. He currently serves as a Dean of the Behavioral and Social Sciences at Harford Community College in Bel Air, Maryland.

Dr. Amy Fletcher is an independent scholar and foresight practitioner. She achieved the rank of Associate Professor of Political Science at the University of Canterbury in Christchurch, New Zealand. She specializes in technology and public policy.
