Yang Seok Yoo. Chair of the Korean Tea Society. Dean of the College of General Education, Kookmin University. Authored the first-ever English book dedicated to Korean tea, 'The Book of Korean Tea' in 2007; serves as an advisor to Myung Won Cultural Foundation and Korean representative to international tea associations and committees.

 

Esther Yoo. A virtuosic concert violinist and recording artist with Deutsche Grammophon, she was chosen as one of Classic FM's Top 30 Artists Under 30 in 2018. She starred as violinist on the soundtrack to 'On Chesil Beach’ and has been featured in numerous leading publications including The Strad, BBC Music Magazine and The Arts Desk as well as being a regular guest on BBC Radio 3.
