This volume brings together papers from more than a dozen of Professor Collis’s colleagues and students to mark his 75th birthday. The contributions range across later prehistory and the European continent, taking in major themes that have been his prime interests - hillforts, data, urbanism, and ‘the Celts’.

Wendy Morrison is Senior Associate Tutor for Archaeology at the Oxford University Department for Continuing Education and manages cultural heritage projects for the Chilterns Conservation Board. She is also Chair of the Hillfort Studies Group.; Wendy Morrison currently works for the Chilterns Conservation Board managing the NLHF funded Beacons of the Past Hillforts project, the UK’s largest high-res archaeological LiDAR survey. She also is Senior Associate Tutor for Archaeology at the Oxford University Department for Continuing Education. Wendy’s research areas are Prehistoric European Archaeology and Landscape Archaeology.
