Synopsis

Following on from ‘Spit and Suzy: The Trilogy,' after their faked death in Rimini, Italy, they were finally shot dead in their Bristol apartment but return to Earth to seek out their mutual boyfriend Bobby, who during a boating holiday on the Norfolk Broads, accidentally drowns. Now they have an opportunity to resume their lives together with the same feelings and passion they experienced with one another but in another place - Elysium, with God as an impartial observer and commentator. In this surrealistic world they discover new places and recount memories from their prior-time back on Earth, discuss philosophy and issues of morality and why humanity must ultimately be destroyed.

À propos de l'auteur

C E Carper was born in Grantham, Lincolnshire, but brought up in Gloucestershire. After school, he joined the Merchant Navy, sailing to and from the Far East. On coming ashore, he took a job in East Anglia before moving abroad, working for a multinational and in his spare time worked for Her Majesty's government; four years in Vienna, Austria and seven years split between Moscow and Novosibirsk in Russia. On returning from Siberia, he retired to live in the West Country, currently in Devon. His hobbies are hiking on Dartmoor, painting, and writing.
