Synopsis

When Gina Wilkinson’s neighbour Annie falls to her death from her bedroom window shortly after an argument, the police suspect Gina of killing her. But Gina pleads her innocence; she can’t remember a thing. The local gossips seem to have other ideas, though—and when her most treasured possession is taken from her, Gina is determined to find out the truth about what’s going on.

As more of her neighbours meet violent ends and even her best friend turns against her, it seems clear that Gina is somehow at the centre of things. But how could she have killed them, if she wasn’t there?

Murder in Mind is an intriguing psychological thriller that examines the space between guilt and innocence and will resonate with fans of Freida McFadden and Alice Hunter.

À propos de l'auteur

I didn’t enjoy school one little bit. I struggled in nearly all subjects, however hard I tried. My favourite pastime was being at home watching F1 racing and movies on TV. I would rent out a film from the video shop practically every weekend, because I loved a good story. I didn’t read many books until I was an adult, but then I became a constant reader.

I never imagined I would write a book of my own. However, one day this story came into my head and it wouldn’t leave me alone. So although I had no formal qualifications, I thought: why not have a go? And now, eight years later, I’m proud to have achieved a fully completed published novel. I hope you enjoy reading it as much as I enjoyed writing it.
