The gradual adoption of innovative technologies in business development has been observed on the market for several decades. These are entities with a dominant market nature, but it is not unusual to observe this trend in non-profit or church organizations as well. All these entities share one common variable: the customer base. Retaining a customer is significantly cheaper than acquiring one. Competition is significant, trends and challenges are enormous, and practical approaches require specific knowledge.
